The Facilities Management Team carryout the following services:

We provide Facilities Management Services throughout Northern Ireland serving both private and public sector companies. We operate a 365 day a year service which is managed by a team of experienced planners and call handlers in our 24 hour manned helpdesk.
Works include the following:

Predictive Maintenance: On taking on a new site we carryout detailed survey of assets before preparing a operation plan to implement preventative maintenance procedures and checks to reduce reactive calls and increase the life cycle of client assets.

Planned Preventative Maintenance: We plan bespoke service level agreements with our clients to achieve legislative compliance, manufacturers’ recommendations, best practice and client budget constraints.

Reactive Maintenance: We have regional based resources on call to resolve any issues that arise on a first call basis.

Energy Performance Certificates: In keeping with our environmental policy we provide inspection and certification services for the energy performance rating of commercial buildings. This also includes the provision of CIBSE TM44 Air conditioning Inspections.
